Terms and Conditions

General

All orders accepted and work undertaken by Bespoke Invites is on the understanding that the client has read and agreed to Bespoke Invites' terms and conditions. It is therefore the clients responsibility to check these terms and conditions before entering into a contract with Bespoke Invites. All designs are the property and copyright of Bespoke Invites and may not be reproduced by yourself or any third parties. 

Bespoke Invites reserves the right to use any of your stationery to promote our products and services, however we will never share any of your personal information with third parties.

Copyright

All designs are the property and copyright of Bespoke Invites and may not be reproduced by yourself or any third parties without prior written consent from Bespoke Invites. Any improper or illegal use of the stationery, artwork or designs will be pursued. If many choices of design are presented, only your chosen option will be deemed as Bespoke Invite's fulfilling the contract and all other design variations and proofs will remain the property of Bespoke Invites unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If the client should provide Bespoke Invites with any text, images or illustrations of their own, the ownership of such materials will remain with the client or rightfull trademark/copyright owner.

Proofs

All proofs will be sent by email unless otherwise requested. Bespoke Invites are perfectionists and take great care and time to ensure all information on your stationery is accurate, however it is the responsibility of the client to proof read and check the spelling, grammar and layout of the design before giving Bespoke Invites instruction to print. We will ask you send us your stationery wording and then copy and paste it into our design, and Bespoke Invites will assume that that all information you have given us is correct. It is therefore the responsibility of the client to ensure the final design proof is correct before giving instruction to print.

Bespoke Invites does not take responsibility for any designs which are signed off and subsequently printed  with typing or layout errors and will therefore not be liable for any resulting costs. Bespoke Invites therefore strongly advises that you check your stationery thoroughly and perhaps ask someone else to cast their eyes over it as well.

Please note that the colours that you see on your screen will vary from the printed results due to the difference between a colour shining through light and the pigment on paper. We therefore advise you to order a printed sample of your stationery to ensure you are happy with the colour if you are trying to match it to a specific swatch.

 

Design and proofing has been factored into the pricing of your stationery and Bespoke Invites offers to ensure customer satisfaction by sending as many proofs as necessary until you are happy with your design. This however must be a reasonable number of requests and within a reasonable time frame. Should you request what Bespoke Invites deem to be major changes to a design, additional charges will apply and we will suggest you use our bespoke service to create your own bespoke wedding invitations. Likewise, if what Bespoke Invites deem to be an unreasonable amount of proofs requested over a long period of time, additional design charges will apply. Bespoke invites will not by responsible for any delay in your approval of your proofs and subsequent delay in the printing and shipment of your stationery. 

Quotes and Payment

For bespoke designs the client will receive an invoice for the agreed non-refundable design deposit fee which must be paid before any design/sketching/graphic design work takes place. Once the client has agreed a final proof and instructed Bespoke Invites to print, the remaining fee for the stationery will be invoiced to the client. Once this payment has been made, Bespoke Invites will proceed to print your order.

For existing designs, upon approval of the quote sent by Bespoke Invites, a non-refundable 50% deposit of the bill will be required before any work commences. Once final proofs have been approved, we will ask for the second half of your balance before printing your stationery. 

Bespoke Invites uses secure payments via paypal and suggests you read to and accept their terms and conditions before commencing work with Bespoke Invites. 

Bespoke Invites cannot be held responsible for any delay to printing and delivery as a result of late payment. 

Project Duration

The process of sending proofs and making any suggested adjustments could take up to 2 weeks depending on the design changes suggested by the client, however this is just a guideline time frame and Bespoke Invites is not liable for delays in this process if the client requests additional adjustments and proofs after this period. Once payment is received, we will get to work on your order straight away and ship your stationery as soon as it is ready however please note that on rare occasions, printing could take up to 4 -6 weeks depending on how busy we are so it is vital you leave enough time before your event.

Cancellations

Cancellation of orders must be received by Bespoke Invites in writing in the form of email. The client will then be invoiced for all work undertaken over and above the initial non-refundable deposit .

Refunds and Reprints

It is not possible for Bespoke Invites to refund an order once it has been printed and dispatched unless an order has been completed to an incorrect specification or deemed not to be of merchantable quality. In either of these cases, Bespoke Invites may at their discretion offer a reprint free of charge. Any such reports must be made within 4 days of receiving your order, with any errors being clearly reported in writing.

Bespoke Invites recommends a sample is purchased before agreeing to a certain type of card or print as part of its terms and conditions and therefore will not be held liable for any orders that the client claims to not be as they expected.

Loss or Damage

Once an order has been dispatched the responsibility lies with the delivery provider. Bespoke Invites will not be held responsible for any loss or damage once your order has been dispatched.

Additional Costs

An additional cost of 2% interest per month will be charged for any invoice which is not paid for more than 21 days. Additional charges may also apply when the client expects work to be carried out that Bespoke Invites deems to be over and above the agreed design fee. Bespoke Invites will warn the client of these additional charges in writing before carrying out any additional works and/or invoicing additional fees.
